The show began with Michael Dante being presented with the new Target Wrestling Heavyweight Championship. He issued an open challenge to anyone in the back. The challenge was answered by Tommy Dreamer who challenged Dante to an Extreme Rules Falls Count Anywhere match which was accepted.
‘Iron Man’ Joe Coffey defeated ‘One Man Riot’ Craig Kollins by Pinfall.
‘The Psychotic Warrior’ Johnny Phere defeated ‘The Beast Of Belfast’ Damo O’Connor by Pinfall.
High Octane Division Championship – Triple Threat – Shady Nattrass defeated James Scott & Kenny Williams by Pinfall to win the High Octane Division Championship. *NEW CHAMPION*
Target Wrestling Tag Team Championship – Havok & Karnage defeated Polo Promotions (Jackie Polo & ‘The Real Deal’ Mark Coffey) by Pinfall to retain the Target Wrestling Tag Team Championship.
The Coyote Kid defeated Liam Thomson by Pinfall.
Target Wrestling Heavyweight Championship – Extreme Rules Falls Count Anywhere – Michael Dante defeated Tommy Dreamer by Pinfall to retain the Target Wrestling Heavyweight Championship.
