Good morning OSWtv fans! It’s Billy here to announce that OSWtv is REBRANDING.

You may’ve noticed the changes already but if not, we’ll be transitioning to our new name Scottish Wrestling Network in the coming weeks.

While the changes are being made the website will still be open and active.

Thank you for being part of the four years of OSWtv as we look to grow and expand as SWN!

Welcome to the newly rebranded Scottish Wrestling Network Mailing List!

After four years as OSWtv it’s time to make changes if we want the site to become the premier place for Scottish professional wrestling news, views and reviews.

Why the change?

It’s been in the pipeline for a while, just a matter of actually doing the changes. OSWtv started as a YouTube show and now it’s web based the ‘tv’ section is obsolete. Also, OSWtv was getting mixed up with OSW Review. Although we weren’t getting the traffic that OSW Review are getting (I wish!), it was hampering the growth of the site. Plus explaining what OSWtv stood for was met with more confused looks than you’d think!

Other changes

– Facebook and Twitter have been updated to reflect the changes. You can check the articles at www.twitter.com/SWNetwork247 or myself @BillySWNet
– The site will continue under OSWtv.wordpress.com for the forseeable future, mainly as I would have to restart the site from scratch which I do not want to do.
– OSWtv.co.uk will still work until the domain runs out, which I have no idea as to when that is.
– We will be looking to set up a new domain name in the coming weeks.
– What’s On will no longer be posted, however, our Scottish Wrestling Event Calendar will remain up to date.
– We will be uploading new matches and events onto the website shortly after promotions upload to YouTube.
– ‘OSWtv Live!’ will continue, just as ‘SWN Live!’
– Same with ‘OSWtv Mail’ being changed to ‘SWN Mail’ for future instalments.
– The Monthly Poll will be updated as of February’s poll to SWN Monthly Poll
– The year end awards will continue in January 2019 but will obviously be renamed accordingly.
– Features will be updated as from today. Anything prior to today will remain as ‘OSWtv…’
– No changes to the team.
