I love these shows. Before Fear & Loathing IX, ICW did a live show in the Garage in Sauchiehill Street (down at the very bottom of the street heading towards Maryhill) it was such a massive success that ICW decided to do a show called France ’98 before Fear & Loathing X and then last year was France ’99 before Fear & Loathing XI

Every show like these has someone from the ICW roster that hosts it: first time it was Coach Trip, France ’99 The Kinky Party hosted. I’m a bit surprised that a host hasn’t been announced for this one.

Everyone comes out to Carnival De Paris by Dario G. It gives you such a buzz before and after a show. Plus the roster crowd surfs into the audience. It’s a great way to start Fear and Loathing off with a bang!

This show will have a lot of showstealers!

More Than Hype (Nathan Martin, Darren Kearney & LJ Cleary) vs Kieran Kelly, Leyton Buzzard & Aaron Echo

It’s Scotland vs Ireland as the returning lads from More Than Hype – Nathan Martin, Darren Kearney and LJ Cleary vs “the King of Benidorm” Aaron Echo, “Shotgun” Kieran Kelly and “Pirate Captain” Leyton Buzzard.

More Than Hype are making their ICW comeback since Shug’s Weekender, where they unfortunately lost to Kenny Williams and Iestyn Rees in a three on two handicapped match. These three made quite the impression when they made their ICW debut against The Kings of the North and Adam Maxted, almost beating them at King of Hawners.

The ICW young team have had quite the year, going into Fear and Loathing, with Aaron Echo having his hands full with “The Catch Provocator” Alexander Dean. Kieran Kelly has been on a bit of a losing streak recently, but just picked up a loss from Jordan Devlin, while at Gonzo, Leyton Buzzard was inches away from becoming ZeroG champion.

The Kinky Party (Jack Jester & Sha Samuels) vs Kings of the North (Bonesaw & Damian Corvin)

This match was supposed to be taking place at Fear and Loathing, but after the brutal attack on Jack Jester, neither team wants to wait and the match has been moved forward.

The Kinky Party haven’t had a match since Shug’s Weekender when they saved their tag team partnership against the Anti-Fun Police (Chief Deputy Dunne and Los Santos Federales Jr).

As Sha was away wrestling elsewhere, Jester cut a promo on his own on how him and Sha didn’t have a match for Fear and Loathing and didn’t know who they would be fighting or if they would be fighting at all and that the Fear and Loathing wouldn’t be Fear and Loathing without The Kinky Party.

Kings of the North however, having just lost to the Kings of Catch, took offence that The Kinky Party have jumped the line and that they’ve been strapped up trying to get to Fear and Loathing and have worked their bollocks off to get to where they are and Jester expects to be put on the card and they jumped Big Kink backstage challenging the hardcore icon and to bring Sha.

Sha Samuels called out the Kings of the North on his latest “Mug of the Week” segment on Twitter for beating up his best pal because he wasn’t there and it was two on one!

Noam Dar vs Kenny Williams

An ICW classic!

The Scottish Champagne Supernova Noam Dar is making his ICW return in time for Fear and Loathing and he is facing best friend “the lucky yin” Kenny Williams.

Last time Noam Dar was in an ICW ring, it was at Fear & Loathing XI taking on Moustache Mountain and Pete Dunne alongside BT Gunn and Wolfgang, when ICW flashed the signal, Dar answered.

Last time Noam was in The Garage however, was in 2016, when he faced off against Andy Wild in his last match before leaving for NXT, when Noam comes home, he might have picked up some new tricks.

Kenny Williams however had been on a crusade of attacking what he calls “forever trainees” and just came off a victory at Gonzo against the debuting Scotty Davis. Williams, also a NXT star, might have some tricks of his own.

These two are the best of pals, they have even faced each other more than once for the Zero-G title back when Kenny was the champion. Plus these two have practically grown up in ICW together and the journeys that these two have been on since they were practically youngsters will surprise you.

Winner – I can’t call this one as but if I was to guess, I’ll say Noam.

Andy Wild vs Iestyn Rees

Due to the circumstances that occurred during the events of Gonzo, the “Dad Bod God” Andy Wild takes on “The Quintessential Athlete” Iestyn Rees in singles action.

Andy Wild is looking forward to his match with Mark Coffey, but he has one more obstacle in form of Iestyn Rees, having lost his non title match to world champion Stevie Boy, Andy will be looking to take his win back and will chuck Iestyn about like a wet trackie.

Iestyn Rees, after the absolutely demolition of Kieran Kelly, is looking to add another trophy to his mantle piece and is looking forward to add another.

These two have never faced off in an ICW ring before, so this will be interesting.

WinnerAndy Wild.

Viper vs Angel Hayze

Here come the girls, at the returning “Vixen of Violence” Viper takes on “The Young Lioness”, the returning Angel Hayze.

Viper hasn’t been seen in ICW since Shug’s Hoose Party 6, where she was a finger snap away from taking the NXT Woman’s Championship belt away from Toni Storm.

Angel Hayze is making her ICW comeback since she took on twisted priestess Aivil.

WinnerViper. I want to see her take on Kay Lee Ray for the NXT Women’s championship in the future and if she wins this match, this could put her back on the path to winning gold.

Kid Fite vs Kez Evans

“The Demolition Man” Kid Fite takes on “The Dastardly” Kez Evans.

Kid Fite just can’t wait for Fear and Loathing and is getting a little warm up on the road to the SWG3 and he’s going to have his hands full. Fito’s last match was with Andy Wild, he unfortunately lost. But his next opponent is going to be just as tough.

Kez Evans got taken to the absolute limit by the debuting Michael May at the Gonzo show, Kez picked up the win, but this time, he’s dealing with Kid Fite – an ICW legend, who has been around since the beginning.

Make no mistake, Mr Watson is going to teach Kez a lesson.

Winner – I think it will be Kez. Kez is quite the competitor and there will be championship gold in his future and has had quite the year this year.

Mark Coffey vs Josh “Turbo” Terry

“The Power Forward” Mark Coffey takes on the returning Josh “Turbo” Terry.

I have seen Turbo in action various times and he is quite the high flyer. Last time this young man was in an ICW ring, he unfortunately lost to Aaron Echo.

The Power Forward however having recently lost to Andy Wild at Shug’s Hoose Party 6 this year hasn’t really had a proper match since then due to NXT and other wrestling commitments. But he is now one half of the reigning NXTUK Tag Team champions alongside “The Regulator” Wolfgang.

WinnerJosh Terry

Luca De’ Pazzi vs Ian Skinner

If you know your ICW history, ICW brought in Paxxo, who was he was last seen at the Square Go and recently at Gonzo, he made his return to ICW as Luca De’ Pazzia (which got a deep fry your pizza chant.) He’s came back with a new look and a new gimmick and a new outlook, like what Mikey Whiplash did. Lucas confronted SBX after his loss to Jason Reed, cut a promo on SBX, and confirmed that he would be competing in the Ten-Man Square Go Qualifying Match at Fear & Loathing XII. It’ll be interesting to see what he brings to this match.

Ian Skinner, who was fresh off the six man tag with Ford and Vice, is making his ICW debut. This young man made the quite the impression as a tag team member, can’t wait to see what he does in singles action and has been talked about among fans and wrestlers alike.

WinnerIan Skinner.

Kings of Catch & The Fite Network vs The Nine9 & Bad Company

The ICW tag team division has been on fire a lot recently and this will be another all out war as each team has a vendetta with one another in a eight man tag match!

The Kings of Catch have been the champions since the Square Go and have beaten each tag team more than once on different occasions.

The Nine9 will be facing The Fite Network at Fear and Loathing for a number one contenders shot at the Square Go next year. They are also the only tag team, two on two, to hold a pinfall over the champions since “I Ain’t Yer Pal, Dickface.”

Bad Company are the first ever King of Hawners champions and have cashed in for a tag title shot at Fear & Loathing in a Tag Team of Insanity match. Plus Stevie James recently lost to Lewis Girvan at Gonzo, so will be looking to take his anger out on The Kings of Catch.

The Fite Network haven’t had much of a run in the tag division in 2019 since Lou King Sharp went to China, but having recently reunited, they are looking to pick up where they left off and they will also be facing The Nine9 at Fear & Loathing for a number one contenders shot at the Square Go next year.

Winners I genuinely can’t call this one as both teams are equally brilliant as each other.
