Noam Dar has defeated Tyler Bate to win the NXT UK Heritage Cup.
Dar won the Cup in round 6 of the match thanks to Bate’s corner man, Trent Seven, accidentally throwing in the towel while brawling with NXT UK Tag Team Champions Pretty Deadly at ringside.
This marks Noam Dar’s first championship in WWE.
Dar went 1-0 up in the third round via pinfall before Tyler Bate evened the score in round four after hitting the Tyler Driver ‘97.
Sha Samuels was in Noam Dar’s corner.
Dar defeated Mark Andrews, Kenny Williams, and Wolfgang in the NXT UK Heritage #1 Contender Tournament to earn a shot at Tyler Bate’s title.
