As the air sirens become louder and the bombs get closer in the approach to Pro2’s ‘Battle Lines’, promoter Logan Storm announces an epic main event for the showdown on the 22nd of October.

At ‘Mayday Mayhem’ on the 7th of May, Pro2’s Ayrshire Heavyweight Champion TJ Rage shocked the Annbank faithful by assaulting both Logan Storm Snr and Logan Storm Jnr.

Having been attacked by the Blood Money Mercs, being put in the first half main event to defend his belt, experiencing a sudden change in opponent due to Hammerhead Smith regrettably withdrawing, and other issues that ultimately reached a boiling point, Rage took out his frustrations – verbally and physically – on his boss and former friend, including his godson and security personnel.

Storm promised Rage a main event title defence at Battle Lines in an attempt to calm Rage down, but it wasn’t enough for Rage as his verbal beratings became physical attacks. Storm stated that his former friend and tag team partner would get his comeuppance in October as the boss would get to pick who Rage would defend against; and, Storm has seemingly locked in his selection.

In a statement, Logan Storm stated:
“TJ, you may be my champion, but you are getting what is owed. You and me were brothers once, champions even. We travelled the road together, trained together, and you still can’t see what I was doing. You turned your back on me and basically kicked me in the balls!

It’s just not on. I promised you big things and you repay me by attacking my son and myself. I’ve stayed semi-quiet about it as it really hurts. Truly, it does.

I loved you. You were family. Hell, you were an uncle to my kids, who loved you just as much as I did. You were my rock. You were there for me when I needed you. I gave you everything and more to come. So, at Battle Lines, you’re going against Ayrshire’s very own Grado.

Let’s just see how good you are, brother!”

Grado makes his Pro2 debut at the Troon Concert Hall with the hopes to defend the Storm family name and dethrone Rage before his championship reign nears the two year mark later this year.
