BIG ROSS HAUSER

Number one this year after totalling the numbers, Big Ross Hauser caps off a big year by topping the table. January saw Ross with back to back wins in tag team action with Daro, knocking off Legends Never Die in Attitude Pro Wrestling then Kuro & Mecca at Community Pro Wrestling.

Their feud with Legends Never Die continued to ‘Ruggy Mania 2’ where they were able to win a Ruggy Scheme Fight to settle their issues. Termination Z would go onto win the Attitude Pro Wrestling Tag Team Championships from The Pack at ‘The Great Cambuslang Bash’ in the May, losing to Thatcher’s Cabinet but regaining the titles at ‘Ruggy Series’ in the August as part of the massive main event, teaming with Swoggle, Ravie Davie, Daro, and Stan The Slav to defeat Thatcher Wright, Nick Justice, Manky Frankie Richards, and The Big Strong Man.

Termination Z managed to defeat SubCulture, then three members of Thatcher’s Cabinet to book their place into the CPW Tag Team Championship tournament finals where they became the first CPW Tag Team Champions. Holding onto the titles for three months with retentions against The Handsome Man’s Club, SKOL BROL, The Bais, and Nathan Black & Will Kroos, before an impromptu challenge from Casino Brutale ended their reign. The team would head to Target Wrestling but were unable to take the Target Wrestling Tag Team Championships from Higher Education.

At ‘Govan Rumbo 2’ Big Ross outlasted the rest of the 29 other entrants to win the main event and set himself towards CPW Heavyweight Champion SBX, winning the title at ‘Govanniversary 3’ in November, defending the title the next night against Caleb Valhalla to cement his reign.

Elsewhere, Big Ross headed out to England for Rapid Action Wrestling, and to Ireland for Over The Top, representing Team Scotland in the Ten Man Tag Team OTT World Cup.

Two Wrestler of the Month wins and a Tag Team of the Month award in our monthly polls helped Big Ross hit the number one spot for 2024.
