Episode 11 has arrived with the second half of August’s show in Kirkintilloch.

Seb Silvers defeated Stone Malone w/Sister Veronica, Tim Strange, & Frank of the Cross by pinfall.

An interesting clash to start off with as neither man considered a fan favourite. Both went for shortcuts in stereo with foot stomps and eye pokes.

Silvers eventually managed to take some sort of control with his speed, seating Malone up for a dropkick to the back. Tim Strange grabbed the leg of Silvers, which Moran wasn’t having by immediately sending Strange to the back. The distraction was enough for Stone Malone to get things back into the camp of God’s Country.

The numbers continued to be in the favour of God’s Country. Malone fired Silvers to the outside for Frank of the Cross to do a number on the Swedish Supernova.

As the match wore on, the de facto favourite Silvers went up top but Sister Veronica got involved for Seb to be manhandled and power slammed for a near fall.

Malone kept up the pressure but Seb Silvers, with his explosiveness continued to hold on. Silvers tried to spring off the ropes but Cross dropped the rope and caused Silvers to have a nasty landing on the head.

Seb over-egged-the-pudding, feigning additional interference to cause Cross and Veronica to be ejected from the action. Malone landed a spear but his repeated attempt was dodged, leading to a springboard cutter to snatch victory.

A decent match but the dynamics of two bad guys lead to a bit of confusion with the crowd. They took their time to decide that it was Seb Silvers that would get their support.

This Is America (Rampage Martinez & Buffa Aayooo) defeated Big Mick & Tommy Lockhart by pinfall.

We learned that Sean Moran is no Archie Williams when Tommy Lockhart threw his hat towards the cane wielding referee only for the hat to drop.

Martinez stalked to the ring while Buffa gyrated his way around the apron. Buffa riled up the crowd before the bell rang, including a 10 bell salute to OJ Simpson, and some intimidation towards Moran to the chants of “this is boring”.

When the bell FINALLY rang, it started off with Buffa and Tommy Lockhart locking up. Buffa had the upper hand early, making quick tags to keep Lockhart well away from Big Mick.

A dropkick was enough to allow Big Mick to get involved, launching Lockhart with a military press to the outside to take out This Is America.

Despite the flurry, This Is America regained the advantage with Rampage Martinez slammed Big Mick with an impressive Samoan Drop. Mick threw a wild lariat to bring Tommy back in, who hit a gorgeous T-Bone Suplex to Buffa.

Martinez caused a distraction to allow Buffa to strike a Tommy with a low blow then a jumping sit out face buster for the three count.

This Is America attacked Sean Moran after the match. Once the dust had settled, a furious Moran quit.

This was a mess. The prolonged mic time ended up with the crowd losing interest. A lot of work was put in to get some reaction injected back into the match but it took a while. Rampage Martinez had no personality, it all disappeared after he dropped his bandana, the aura evaporated in that moment.

The Lockhart-Buffa interactions were promising but ultimately couldn’t save the overall match.

Daisy Jenkins defeated Rubi Roberts by pinfall.

A fast start with Jenkins and Roberts heading into a brawl. Daisy ran Rubi ragged early on, turning up the pace to unleash quick attacks to The Basic Bitch Slayer to send her to regroup on the outside.

Daisy didn’t give her long, heading out to meet Roberts who managed to turn the tide, smashing Jenkins around ringside.

Rubi continued to torture Daisy with chokes, using the in-ring environment to cause damage. Jenkins wasn’t to be counted out, throwing herself off the second rope for a big uppercut but her lead was cut short with a nasty DDT for a near fall.

Roberts tried a chokeslam but Jenkins fought out, landing a flatliner to get the win.

A feel good ending for a mixed bag edition. The confusion of the crowd support in the opener and the weirdness of the tag match made for a disjointed episode of This Is VALOR to be honest. The main event wasn’t particularly fancy but the clear story told simply made for a fun watch.
