THE BIG STRONG MAN
The Big Strong Man makes it in at a big strong 7. After spending December in Ireland, The Big Strong Man returned to Community Pro Wrestling to start his campaign in The Weakest Link, outlasting the other competitors over several rounds to earn himself a title opportunity.
Thanks to the persuasion of Nick Justice, The Big Strong Kings defeated The Govan Team to win the CPW Tag Team Championships. Justice immediately betrayed The Big Strong Man with the help of Monstrum and James Erdos that lead the titles to be vacated.
A long feud with Justice saw The Big Strong Man win the GSOW Championship at the first CPW event at the Church of Wrestling in June. His reign was brief with Nick Justice regaining the title and his attempts to regain the belt went through a momentary reunion of The Big Strong Kings to face Kayden Cross and Grado at ‘Govanniversary’ in a losing effort.
At Attitude Pro Wrestling, The Big Strong Man won the APW Scottish Men’s Championship in the annual Ruggy Rumble match in January, last eliminating Mr Wanderer to take the title in a match that he wasn’t due to compete in. The Big Strong Man retained against the man he replaced in the match, Renzo Rose, in April, and against The Freshnas in a handicap match in October.
