Fight A Fifer Open Challenge – Martin MacAlistair vs ???

Iron Girders Fan Favourite Martin MacAlistair has issued an open challenge that is open to ANYONE, and I mean anyone, on the FPWA roster.

But who will answer, as there is such a brilliant mass of talent ready to make a name for themselves: The mysterious Devil’s Advocate Johnny Reeves? The hard hitting, bat wielding Brent Carter? Hunter Samson or maybe even the hardest man in Fife Tommy Kartel? It could literally be anyone…

Now unfortunately, Martin hasn’t been lucky in the wins department with a grand total of 0 wins and 40 LOSSES so far. But Martin has always remained positive and he has a great passion, fighting spirit and determination to pick up that big win which will one day happen.

I love Martin as he has so much passion and enthusiasm, and when he’s fired up, he was a throw away from becoming the next Fling of the Fling. As Martin wants to wants “Fight A Fifer.” whoever accepts this challenge, Martin may have his hands full.

So could Martin surprise us all pick up his first ever win or will this mystery opponent get the win? There’s only one way to find out…

Leon Graves & Casino Brutale (Rabu Romero & Mikey Devine) vs Frank Gallo & The Par (Ross Hunter & Robert Balfour)

I can tell by looking at this match in particular this is going to be a fun one as Casino Brutale (Mikey Devine & Rabu Romero) and Leon Graves take on The Par (Ross Hunter and Robbie Balfour) & Frank Gallo.

The last time The Par were at Iron Girders, a feud escalated when the Par faced Arcade Violence and Gallo came to The Par’s aid with Leon Graves coming to the aid of Arcade Violence.  This time, The Par are bring backup with them, in the form of FPWA’s Frank Gallo and Leon Graves is teaming up with Casino Brutale.

Now Casino Brutale are another one of the great tag teams to come out of Iron Girders and at CPW (Community Pro Wrestling) they recently had big breakout matches. Every time they come out to the ring, I smile because they’re such a good team and have that positive tag team chemistry. When they are either heel or face, you can’t help but smile.

At family shows, from what I’ve seen online, the kids really love literally hammering either Mikey or Rabu with inflatable hammers and Casino Brutale love it. They also have a banging entrance tune to AC/DC Dirty Deeds, Done Dirt Cheap. Casino Brutale done a promo recently where they were looking for Leon Graves roaming places around Glasgow such as Cathouse, Necropolis etc. I don’t know what they will make of Frank Gallo however…

The Par (formerly known as The Woke Academy), however, last time they faced Arcade Violence in an Iron Girders ring, they unfortunately lost. This time they are facing a totally different tag team with a totally different style. But Casino Brutale will have Leon Graves in their corner, hence why they have recruited Frank Gallo to even the odds.

IGPW King of the Fling Championship – Moxie Malone (c) vs Zach Swift vs Daisy Jenkins vs ???

For those who aren’t aware of King of the Fling or how this match works – this is an over-the-top rope elimination style match. The only way to win is that you must go over the top rope with both feet touching the floor.

Moxie Malone is the first ever King of the Fling winner, having won the title back in February, facing off the likes of Angel Hayze, Branagan, Charlie Vyce, Che Monet , Ellie Armstrong, Hera, Jordan Wolff, Kasey, Leon Graves, Drew Mercury, Eddie Castle, Landon Riley and, most recently, Kez Evans, Luke Kyro, and Martin MacAlistair. Could she add Zach and Daisy and the mystery opponent from Girders to her list?

Zach Swift is a name that you’re going to be hearing a lot. Already making a name for himself at FCW, Zach is someone who I can see making a big impact in the wrestling scene and there is something about Zach that screams “future champion” so, could this be his first ever title should he be successful?

Daisy Jenkins has had a great year so far in 2023 and has recently made her wrestling debut in Dubai with Wrestlefest. Daisy and Moxie have faced each other one on one in the past in ICW Fight Club where Daisy picked up the win. Could Daisy pick up that lucky big win or will Moxie get retribution?

This match could go either way. I’m interested to see who the mystery opponent from Iron Girders will be.

BT Gunn vs Jason Reed

I can’t really talk about this match too much as like I said before, ANYTHING could happen on Night One, so this match could change in a big way!

Both men will fresh off their matches against their rivals from Night One as BT will be fresh off his match against Andy Roberts and Jason will be fresh off his match against Kez Evans from Night One.

As I mentioned earlier, Jason is the current holder of the ICW Zero-G Championship belt – a title that BT Gunn himself previously held but he never ever lost! Jason is facing TWO former ICW Zero-G Champions, can he defeat them both?

IGPW Championship – Levi (c) vs Tallon Jr

Expect a lot of high-flying action as Iron Girders Pro Wrestling Champion Levi takes on the high-flying Tallon Jr!

Levi made history when he became the first ever IGPW Champion, having faced various members of the Iron Girders roster in a tournament throughout 2022 and defeated Thatcher Wright to obtain that tile. With a reign of 171 days into his title reign so far, Levi has faced FPWA’s own Jason Reed as his first title defence in April. Will he add another defeat from FPWA to tick off the list?

Tallon Jr on the other hand is one of the top stars of FPWA, and at the last show, Tallon stole the show when he faced New Wave’s Nico Angelo. Levi and Tallon have faced each other in the past before, so they do know each other’s styles and techniques very well.

Will Levi still remain unkillable if he survives his encounter with Tallon who’ll learn like so many before him that he can’t kill the unkillable Levi or will Tallon grab the IGPW title in his talons before flying it back home to FPWA victorious?

UEWA European Heavyweight Championship – Andy Roberts (c) vs Kez Evans

I can’t really talk about this match too much as like I said before, ANYTHING could happen on Night One, so this match could change in a big way!

What I will say is IF Andy retains Night One against BT Gunn, this match against Kez will be his 20th title defence!

Kez applauds Andy’s title reign and has said that Andy’s reign ends next week and IF Andy somehow manages to escape BT Gunn, night two – he has him and says that night one or night two it doesn’t matter and everything Kez says, he does, and he does back that up, and is determined to win that title in Glasgow. It doesn’t matter who he faces whether it be BT Gunn or Andy Roberts – it doesn’t matter to Kez in the slightest.

Can you imagine the upset if Kez manages to rip that title away from Andy or even BT Gunn and hold his third wrestling title?!
