Switching venues from Pollockshaws back to the city of Glasgow allowed for a much better and ruckus crowd for Mad Maxine. The atmosphere was fantastic as the crowd who had seen these women wrestle before knew they weren’t going to hold anything back and provide the very best in Women’s Wrestling.
Sweet Saraya vs Bete Noire
The opening bout to kick off “Mad Maxine” would be first in several inter-promotion matches against BellatrixFW during the night, there first representative would be the maniacal Sweet Saraya, facing Fierce Females legend Bete Noire, who realising the threat that her opponent brought to the ring arrived with a Kendo Stick.
The two engaged in a furious battle seeing both take hard chops and even tougher slaps to the face that saw the crowd wince and then they both fought to trade hiptosses that saw Saraya get the advantage. In doing so, she attacked Noire with a calculating swagger allowing her to inflict stiff shots to the ribs and running dropkicks to between Noire’s legs.
Hitting a running side sideslam and a spike DDT on Noire had left the her almost beaten but Noire proved why she is one of the toughest Females in UK as when she got thrown outside, she immediately returned bringing with her the Kendo Stick back into the ring and struck Saraya directly on the head resulting in a near fall.
As the two countered submissions, it would be Noire who would get the advantage by devastating her opponent with a superplex from the second turnbuckle, but Saraya stopped any momentum with a thumb to the eye.
During the match, Saraya had been punishing Noire’s back, it would be this that would victory as she executed the “Bridal Rocking Horse” causing Noire to pass out and Saraya get the win.
Saraya Knight defeated Bete Noire by stoppage.
Penelope vs Debbie Sharp
The second match in the inter-brand battle between BellatrixFW vs Fierce Females would see the arrogant Sharp against the fan favourite, Penelope.
The crowd saw Penelope oozing confidence and she in turn encouraged them to antagonise Sharp throughout the match, this saw her opponent get infuriated more than one occasion.
The two traded armbar and headlock submissions that took its toll on both women during the course of the match.
Penelope showed the hardcore Fierce Females crowd her skill-set by dazzling them by inflicting stiff kicks and several enziguris to leave Sharp stunned.
But Sharp showing her endurance retaliated by using a punishing Boston Crab, and a devastating neckbreaker to leave Penelope in agony.
As the match reached its conclusion it would be Sharp who would gain the victory by pinfall in a very good match that took its toll on both women.
Debbie Sharp pinned Penelope.
Sammii Jayne vs Liberty
The third battle featuring a member from BellatrixFW, the fantastic Liberty faced one of the most sensational talents in the UK, Sammii Jayne.
As the two started to begin there battle, the crowd chanted “She’s Hardcore!” in the direction of Jayne after previous events they seen her have amazing matches with Kay Lee Ray & Viper.
Both demonstrated why there are reaching the peak of there talents as they began exchanging and countering each other in the attempt to get some leverage in the battle. This lead to Jayne executing some fantastic standing dropkicks and more devastating manoeuvres in her arsenal pushing Liberty to her limit as she in turn hit a fall-away slam and a Cutter.
The ending came to a great match when Jayne used her baseball slide trip on Liberty then following up with her finisher to get the pin leaving the fans to chant “Sammii!” once again.
Sammii Jayne defeated Liberty by pinfall.
Tag Team Elimination Last Woman Standing: The Owens Twins vs Carmel Jacob & Sara
This furious battle was one year in the making, throughout the insults, the attacks and resulted injuries, it had came down this. A regular match was not going to come close to settling any score between these women and it came to ahead at the last Fierce Females event when the teams furiously agreed to a Last Woman Standing Elimination Match.
From the start, the bout kicked off in brutal style as Carmel fought Kasey and Sara tangled with Leah.
The battle between Carmel & Kasey exploded to the outside where Kasey was thrown into the pillar but Carmel in response was beaten on the bar. It would be Carmel that would gain the advantage with the pool cue as she cracked it over her opponents back leaving the fans in shock.
The battle raged on, Sara & Leah was on the other side tackling each other, connecting with heavy fist shots and chokes. As the four women entered back in the ring, Carmel & Casey tangled again to the outside where Carmel body slammed Casey twice and in retaliation Casey bodyslammed Carmel three times to the enjoyment of the crowd.
After this brutal display, a defiant Carmel gave the Owen Twins the finger. That caused the twins to extract there full vengeance on her, as they pummelled her outside and through the crowd.
Then the match turned to Glamour Gym way as Sara got the advantage of Leah and Carmel was able to hit a double stomp on Casey. But the Owen Twins hit duelling clotheslines from the turnbuckles.
As the Twins intensified the pressure, they both brought in chairs to hit a con-chairto on Carmel causing her to run away from the ring leaving her tag team partner alone.
But Sara is a dangerous force on her own as she matched the Twins in the brutality and aggression, however, the Twins are one of the best Women’s Tag Teams around and she suffered a thrust kick and Stunner to be eliminated.
Then the Twins were on full throttle as Carmel was dragged back to the ring and despite a full on effect to fight against the odds despite being hesitant at the start, she suffered the same fate as Sara who returned to try and help but Carmel’s fate was sealed as she was made to answer the 10 count.
Easily the match of the night as the crowd roared with a chant of “That was Awesome” and great conclusion to an amazing feud.
The Owen Twins defeated Sara and Carmel.
Fiona Fraser vs Courtney
The women’s technical wrestling assassin faced the girl next door, as Courtney matched Fraser move for move in the beginning of the match, but it wasn’t until Fraser started to work on the left arm of Courtney that she saw her target.
As Courtney tried to mount an offensive, it was continuously cut short by Fraser while she attacked the arm over and over again by using the ropes, arm bars, a DDT on the arm and arm wrenches.
The fans around the venue cheered on the injured Courtney and she responded as she connected with knees to the face, and stiff punches but her determination got the better of her as she missed a spear causing her to tumble out the ring.
On the outside, Fraser saw her chance throwing Courtney left arm first into the wall, from there, back into the ring, Fraser had Courtney’s arm in armlock with her legs and in one swift move hyper extended the arm causing Courtney to tap and the crowd looked genuinely concerned as she looked to may have had the arm dislocated but thankfully wasn’t.
Fiona Fraser defeated Courtney by submission.
Sammi Baynz vs Viper
This match saw the last of the BellatrixFW members, Sammi Baynz face the ever dominant Viper.
Early on the two powerhouses locked up and both traded shouldertackles but it was Viper who took the advantage after striking with brutal clotheslines and splashes.
After Baynz hit a clothesline from the second turnbuckle, Viper was stunned but her fury took over causing her to lash out at her opponent screaming
“fuckin hit me!”
Baynz responded with a late flurry to gain near-falls but Viper absorbed the punishment to hit the Viper Bomb and get the pin.
As Viper extended a respect handshake to Baynz for a great match and Baynz agreed, suddenly Saraya Knight arrived and after speaking to her Bellatrix stablemate, she sucker punched Viper almost knocking her out, then the two launched an attack leaving Viper injured in the wake of her victory.
Viper defeated Sammi Baynz by pinfall.
Fierce Females Scottish Womens Championship Match: Kay Lee Ray (c) vs Nikki Storm
Before the match began, the fans could feel the main event atmosphere, as both women stood in the ring during the announcements, the crowd easily were split into two sections as fans chanted,
“let’s go Nikki!” and “Kay Lee Ray!”.
The match began and the action was split down the middle, as Ray hit out with explosive chops and Storm retaliated with headbutts to her midsection. The two then demonstrated why they lead the women’s division as they exchanged dropkicks to enziguris and Storm uncharacteristically hit a splash on Ray from the top turnbuckle as Ray hit a lariat through the ropes on Storm leading to the crowd chanting, “This is awesome”
The two had the crowd in awe as Ray sprung off the top turnbuckle to hit a dropkick but Storm caught her and executed a leglock.
As the battle raged on, the evenly matched pair continued to trade fantastic manoeuvres, from Storm’s spinning neckbreaker and overhead powerbomb to Ray’s enziguri and high flying assault.
Then Ray seized the advantage and a hit Storm with her special moonsault to get a near fall, that was the final straw for Ray, that was the moment things changed as she slid out the ring and brought in a chair setting it up for Storm to be face-planted on it, only for the referee to move the chair before the move can be completed and that is when the referee was knocked out by Ray.
It was this moment that Ray heightened the controversy as she took the microphone and cut an amazing promo on the Fierce Females fans, that casted memories back of Mick Foleys promos against the hardcore fans of ECW.
“You just feed off us and that’s all you care about, I’m fucking 21 years old and I get out of bed for you fucking lot?! Nah! And I’ve got a couple of friends come to help me out tonight!”
Then appeared Sara and Carmel Jacob in the ring and embraced Ray as the new Dominant Glamour Gym was formed.
Then they turned there attention to Storm, who was nursing her injuries and they attacked with every ounce of venom they could muster, every kick, fist, elbow and spear were used to inflict maximum damage.
Ray placed one foot on the challenger and the referee reached only a near fall, Storm wasn’t easily beaten, on more than one occasion she fought back against the three on one onslaught, but the numbers were too strong and against three of the premier women in the UK wrestling scene not even Storm could withstand those odds.
As security and Mikey Whiplash himself entered the ring to separate the women, it was clear that this war has only just begun and a new era of destructive dominance by New Glamour Gym has Fierce Females in the grasp.
