The following results are from Insane Championship Wrestling ‘Friday Night Fight Club’ at The Garage in Glasgow on May 8th 2016:

The show began with Red Lightning announcing that Billy Kirkwood had been fired from Insane Championship Wrestling. ‘General Bollocks’ Kenny Williams then came out and announced that Kurt Angle would be in action at ‘Fear & Loathing IX’. Red Lightning then replaced Billy Kirkwood on commentary.

Wolfgang defeated ‘The Bollocks’ Kenny Williams by Pinfall*.

*Lionheart distracted Kenny Williams during the match which lead to Wolfgang’s victory.

Following the match, Lionheart attempted to attack Kenny Williams but was stopped by Zack Gibson.

ICW Zero-G Championship – Lionheart defeated ‘Liverpool’s No.1’ Zack Gibson by Pinfall to retain the ICW Zero-G Championship.

ICW Tag Team Championship Tournament Quarter-Final – The 55 (Kid Fite & ‘The East End Butcher’ Sha Samuels) defeated The New Nation (‘Class Apart’ Alexander Henry & ‘The Primate’ Jason Prime) by Pinfall* to advance to the ICW Tag Team Championship tournament semi-finals.

*The 55 delivered low blows to The New Nation prior to their win.

Red Lightning came to the ring and praised The 55. He then called DCT to the ring who came out. Red Lightning then threatened to put Viper in a cage. Big Damo then came to the ring. Red Lightning got frustrated after Big Damo and DCT allowed the crowd to insult to him. Red Lightning then announced that Big Damo would defend the ICW World Heavyweight Championship against DCT. 

ICW World Heavyweight Championship – ‘The Beast Of Belfast’ Big Damo defeated DCT by Referee Stoppage to retain the ICW World Heavyweight Championship.

Following the match, Big Damo said that DCT had to get passed Bram to be truly ready.

ICW World Heavyweight Championship Number One Contender. Loser Never Receives A Championship Match Again – Grado defeated Chris Renfrew by Pinfall. As per the stipulation, Grado is now the number one contender to the ICW World Heavyweight Championship while Chris Renfrew will never receive a championship match again.

Following the match, Red Lightning informed Chris Renfrew that he was now fired.

ICW Tag Team Championship Tournament Quarter-Final – The Local Fire (‘Local Hero’ Joe Hendry & Davey Boy) defeated Rich Kids Of Instagram (Aaron Echo, Austin Osiris & Kyle Khaos) by Pinfall to advance to the ICW Tag Team Championship tournament semi-finals.

Following the match, Joe Hendry took off after Wee Man and Rich Kids Of Instagram attacked Davey Boy until Ravie Davie came to his aid. Joe Hendry returned and began to argue with Davey Boy while Ravie Davie fled from the ring crew.

Liam Thomson hosted The LT Degree with special guest, Sammii Jayne. He propositioned Sammii Jayne to join himself and Debbie Sharpe as a way to get the ICW Women’s Championship. Carmel came to the ring and offered Sammii Jayne an opportunity at the ICW Women’s Championship in a Last Woman Standing match. Debbie Sharpe then attacked Carmel followed by Sammii Jayne attacking Debbie Sharpe. Sammii Jayne then accepted Carmel’s offer.

BT Gunn defeated Kay Lee Ray (w/ Stevie Boy) by Pinfall.

Following the match, Stevie Boy attacked BT Gunn until Viper came to the ring to aid BT Gunn.

‘The Vigilante’ Johnny Moss defeated ‘The Deity Of Deviance’ Mikey Whiplash by Pinfall.

Prior to the main event, Red Lightning came to the ring. He announced that Flex Hunter would be the special enforcer, Sha Samuels would be the special ring announcer, Kid Fite was to be the healthy and safety official and he would be the timekeeper. He then announced that Lionheart would be the special guest referee.

If Joe Coffey Wins He Receives An ICW World Heavyweight Championship Match At ‘Shug’s Hoose Party III’. If He Loses, He Quits Insane Championship Wrestling – ‘Iron Man’ Joe Coffey defeated ‘Big Kink’ Jack Jester by Pinfall*. As per the stipulation, Joe Coffey will receive an ICW World Heavyweight Championship match at ‘Shug’s Hoose Party III’.

*During the match, The Local Fire attacked The 55’s Kid Fite and Sha Samuels. Kenny Williams attacked Lionheart after he refused to count a fall. Official, Sean McLaughin came to the ring to replace Lionheart. Referee, Thomas Kearins also attempted to officiate but was taken out by Flex hunter who then attacked Kenny Williams and Joe coffey. Big Damo stopped an attack by Flex Hunter before ensuring that Red Lightning rang the bell after the winning fall.
