8. Zach Dynamite

Number 8 is ‘The Aberdonian Ace’ Zach Dynamite. The judging period started on a sour note with Dynamite losing the Undisputed WrestleZone Championship in an epic triple threat steel cage match at WrestleZone ‘Christmas Chaos: Return of the Cage’ to Lost Boy Aspen, in a match that also featured long time rival Damien.

Dynamite bounced back quickly by winning the WrestleZone Tri-Counties Championship for the third time, defeating Mikkey Vago in January at ‘Station Hotel Showdown’ thanks in no small part to Chris Archer assaulting his tag team partner in the conclusion to the match.

The reign would last until August when Caleb Valhalla unseated the champion. Dynamite, along with Ryan Riley and Bruiser Brad Evans would then enter into a war with The Outfit.

At Discovery Wrestling, Dynamite entered a time machine and revealed that The Foundation of the Future would rule over Scottish wrestling but at ‘Excellent Adventure’ Caleb Valhalla, Lost Boy Aspen, along with Johnny Lions were able to stop the trio. Dynamite would go on to be runner up in the Disco Derby, but came up short against Y Division Champion Gene Munny in September.

Fair City Wrestling has seen Dynamite get into the tag team rhythm with Ryan Riley, winning a tag team eliminator against the Fair City Saints in January, then going on to defeated Game On in November for their first FCW Tag Team Championship. In singles action at FCW, Dynamite had some highly praised bouts with Emersyn Jayne, and Euan G Mackie.

Elsewhere Dynamite won five Match of the Month awards in our SWN Monthly Poll during the period.
