Pre-Show Bonus Match – Lewis Girvan defeated Saqib Ali by Pinfall.

Pro Wrestling Elite Tag Team Championship – Lion King (Lou King Sharp & Lionheart) defeated Davey Blaze & TJ Rage by Pinfall to retain the Pro Wrestling Elite Tag Team Championship.

‘Alpha Male’ Iestyn Rees defeated ‘The Masterpiece’ Chris Masters by Pinfall.

It was announced that Iestyn Rees will face Drew Galloway on August 8th at the 4th Anniversary Show.

Fatal Four-Way – Martin Kirby defeated Kenny Williams, ‘The Mexican Sensation’ El Ligero & Joey Hayes by Pinfall.

It was announced that Tommy End will be in action at the 4th Anniversary Show on August 8th.

ROH Tag Team Championship – The Addiction (Christopher Daniels & Frankie Kazarian) defeated The Coffey Brothers (Mark & Joe Coffey) by Pinfall to retain the ROH Tag Team Championship.

Liam Thomson defeated Noam Dar by Pinfall*.

*During the match, Liam Thomson attempted to use a steel chair after the referee was knocked down. Grado came to the ring to stop Thomson. He attempted a Wee Boot to Liam Thomson but connected with Noam Dar instead.

It was announced that Austin Aries will be a part of the 4th Anniversary Show on August 8th.

Big Damo defeated Kid Fite by Disqualification after Davey Blaze & TJ Rage attacked Damo during the match.

Following the match, Wolfgang came to the ring to stop the attack by Kid Fite, TJ Rage & Davey Blaze.

Andy Wild defeated Grado by Disqualification after Noam Dar hit Andy Wild with the Pro Wrestling Elite Heavyweight Championship.
