How did you get involved with professional wrestling and start with WrestleZone?
Like everyone else I was a huge fan growing up etc. WrestleZone was based in Kirkcaldy at the time and the opportunity came up to train there. The following year I made my debut.
Aberdeen Anarchy is on the horizon, how are you feeling on the run up to WrestleZone’s biggest show of the year
Relaxed and excited. I donβt think people realise the sheer amount of effort that goes into a show of this size. Iβm looking forward to teaming with D-Von Dudley. Having done a lot of tag team wrestling myself, Iβm really looking forward to picking his brain.
For the third year in a row the Aberdeen Anarchy event is being held in the Beach Ballroom, previous years have seen over 1000 fans attend the show. Is there an added pressure preforming in front of so many people?
Absolutely. Although when youβre out there it doesnβt feel like thereβs that many people. Last year doing the first ladder match in WrestleZone was a huge amount of pressure, but you have to deliver in front of your biggest crowd of the year. Thankfully we did that.
WrestleZone always pull out all the stops when it comes to special guests galore for Aberdeen Anarchy, this year sees former WWE stars Hardcore Holly, Chris Masters and D-Von Dudley come to the Beach Ballroom. Who would you like see come to the Granite City in the future?
So many, that Iβd hate to say just one. Weβve been so lucky with the American lads that have come over. No egos and very helpful with giving advice.
And finally, what would be your dream match at Aberdeen Anarchy?
Iβd love to do another ladder match for sure. A cage match would be fantastic. As long as Iβm on the card, Iβm happy with whoever I face!
