Following a fantastic Halloween Hijinx just two weeks ago, WrestleZone return to the Stewarts Hall in Huntly this Saturday night. With a new Undisputed Champion crowned, this Saturday will mark the start of a new era for WrestleZone.

Undisputed WrestleZone Championship
Nathan North vs Damien (c)

The main event for this Saturday’s show will see “The Revolutionary” Damien make the first defence of his newly won Undisputed Championship as he puts the gold up for grabs against “Vintage” Nathan North. After finally winning the title for the second time at Halloween Hijinx with the odds firmly stacked against him, Damien left Richard R. Russell and the rest of Sterling Oil with nothing to say. His first opponent for the title is a man who has seemingly impressed WrestleZone management as of late in the form of Nathan North. Over recent weeks. North has picked up wins over the likes of Zach Dynamite, Blue Thunder and Mr P with the latter two both being former Tag Team Champions. With the winner slated to defend against a former champion in Andy Wild just one week later, there’s no celebrations following the match.

WrestleZone Tri-Counties Championship
Aspen Faith (c) vs Zach Dynamite

The Tri-Counties Championship will be on the line when “The King of Catch” Aspen Faith defends against one of the four men he beat to become champion, Zach Dynamite. After retaining against Bradley Evans at Halloween Hijinx, Faith attempted to perform a second Tombstone Piledriver on the young grappler. Luckily for Evans, he was saved by Dynamite. Dynamite and Evans seem to have formed a friendship as of late, with the duo unsuccessfully challenging The Sterling Brothers for the Tag Team Championships a few weeks ago in Balmedie. Championship gold has eluded Dynamite so far in his career and the fan favourite will be hoping to change that in Huntly.

Johnny Lions vs Crusher Craib

A rematch from the first Aberdeen Anarchy takes place on Saturday as “Tenacious” Johnny Lions faces off against Sterling Oil’s monster Crusher Craib. These two have had five singles matches against each other, with Craib coming out victorious in all five. Since returning at Aberdeen Anarchy earlier this year, The Creator of Carnage has destroyed the likes of Scotty Swift, Bryan Tucker and Bradley Evans. Following him and The Sterling Brothers picking up the win in a six man tag team match over Lions, Bryan Tucker and Chris Archer, there seemed to be some sort of altercation between Craib and Lions, leading to this match being signed. Can The Tenacious One finally pick up a singles victory over Crusher?

Bryan Tucker vs William Sterling

A former rivalry is renewed this Saturday as Bryan Tucker collides with one half of the WrestleZone Tag Team Champions in William Sterling. These two are no stranger to each other, having faced off numerous times in 2014 when they were part of The Granite City Hotshots and The Thunder Buddies respectively, and it was Tucker and then-partner Shawn Johnson who ended the title reign of Sterling and Blue Thunder at the 2014 Aberdeen Anarchy. With Tucker scheduled to challenge William and his brother Alan for the gold next Saturday in Arbroath alongside Chris Archer, he’ll be looking to pick up the momentum heading in to the title match.

Mr P vs Chris Archer

Another former tag rivalry will kick off in Huntly as Mr P battles The Rejected’s Chris Archer. With the two trading the tag titles back and forth for a brief period of time in late 2015/early 2016, these two know each other all too well. P and his ally at the time Kaden Garrick seemed unstoppable as a pair, until Archer and the currently injured Mikkey Vago came along with their steel chain. Archer will be looking ahead to next Saturday at the Arbroath Community Centre where he and Bryan Tucker are set to challenge William and Alan Sterling for the Tag Team Championships. After not being on the best winning streak as of late, The Outcast will be hoping to change that ahead of his title opportunity.

Blue Thunder vs The Super Executioner

With Executioner’s original opponent Bradley Evans sidelined with a concussion, The Super Executioner will now be facing off against Blue Thunder in Huntly. Thunder was part of this year’s Halloween Brawl, being on the receiving end of an Anaconda Vice that awarded the victory to Zach Dynamite. He’s not been up to much this year, unfortunately losing out to the likes of Aspen Faith, Nathan North and Shawn Johnson. The last time we saw The Super Executioner was in Balmedie last month, where he lost to Bryan Tucker. Both men will be looking for a victory as WrestleZone head towards 2018 and their ten year anniversary.

Tickets for the show are available from www.ringsideworld.co.uk, priced Β£12 for adults and Β£10 for under 14s. Fans can also pay at the door on the night. Doors at the Stewarts Hall open at 7pm, with the action kicking off at 7:30.
