In a joint statement published on social media, the teams at Pro Wrestling Innovation, Respect Pro Wrestling and Pro Wrestling Scotland have appointed a talent well-being officer so that any concerns can be reported confidentially.

“With the aim of ensuring talent safely Pro Wrestling Scotland, Respect Pro Wrestling, & Pro Wrestling Innovation have all appointed Cameron Findlay as Talent Well-being officer.
We hope that by working together and having the same point of contact for our talent this will make sharing of information between the companies easier and as a result create safer environments for all involved.
Cameron brings a wealth of experience to this role which we all feel make him the right appointment. He carries first aid certification from two organisations, mental health first aid certification, child protection tiers 1 & 2, PVG and fully up to date disclosure. He also has a great deal of experience in policy and procedure form his career which makes him a vital asst in both helping draft policy and ensuring policies are adhered to.
Cameron will also be backstage at all shows and can be a point of contact for any talent who does not wish to come direct to anyone involved with the running of the shows.”
