FCW Tag Team Championships – Game On (Duke Cannon & Nathan North) (c) vs Glory Hunting Agencies (Sebastian Asher & Umar Mohammed) w/Marcus “The Glory” Hunter

This match came about as a result of Sebastian Asher’s appearance on the FCW Podcast. Duke Cannon and Patryk Peterski were previewing the card for this show and going through a list of potential opponents that might answer Game On’s open challenge.

They speculated that perhaps The Big Lads, The Fair City Saints or maybe even Retro Filth might answer the call and face them for the titles. But when Asher pointed out that they had omitted himself and Umar Mohammed, both Duke and Patryk were very dismissive of the idea of them challenging Game On. Duke berated Sebastian as a man who wouldn’t do something such as that without permission from Marcus ‘The Glory’ Hunter first.

After the episode had finished and the trio had all calmed down and were saying their goodbyes, ‘God’s Gift’ sucker punched Cannon with The Midas Touch and knocked him out cold. He then told Peterski to inform ‘The Natural 20’ that Glory Hunting Agencies accepted Game On’s open challenge.

This is a match that has become personal in a hurry between these two. It also presents an interesting challenge for Nathan North and Umar Mohammed respectively as they will have to make sure their partners stay focused on winning the match and the championships rather than focusing too much on destroying each other.

FCW Junior Heavyweight Championship – Spike Tierney (c) vs Nitro Green

Well, this is certainly a rarity as we have an FCW Jr. Heavyweight Championship match where Spike Tierney is only defending against one challenger.

During his title reign he has become known as “The King of the Multi Man Match” but while Spike only has one man standing across the ring from him this time it is arguably his toughest defence to date. Nitro Green is no stranger to FCW or indeed to this Championship having previously challenging for it unsuccessfully in 2021.

This time though he is entering this match already in possession of both the Copenhagen Championship Wrestling Heavyweight Championship and the UEWA European Cruiserweight Championship. He has dubbed himself the ‘Real Belt Collector’ of Denmark and is looking to add Spike’s championship to his already impressive collection.

Zach Dynamite vs Emersyn Jayne

When Emersyn Jayne knew she was making her return to FCW for this show she specifically requested that she be put in with the best opponent available to her regardless if they were female or male.

She has a history of this as her last match in the company was against then FCW Junior Heavyweight Champion, Taylor Bryden in a losing effort for the title. This time around she is facing the man who arguably would be the FCW Champion today in Zach Dynamite if it wasn’t for the continued influence of the Neo Paradigm in his title match with Euan G. Mackie last month.

This will be a contest where both competitors feel like they have a lot to prove after their last FCW outings and is one not to be missed.

LKS Dojo of Excellence Open Challenge – Lou King Sharp vs ???

While one open challenge has already been answered for this show. We are as yet unaware of who will step up to the plate from his Dojo to face the Sensei.

Make sure you get your tickets at fcw.eventbrite.com to find out first who The Blood Tourist will be facing.

Ryan Riley vs Tommy Cross w/Eden

This has potential show stealer written all over it as two of the best Tag Team wrestlers in FCW collide in singles competition. But while they have spent most of their time here competing as part of The Foundation of the Future and Red Gate respectively you would be a fool to expect anything less than an instant classic from these two men.

Riley has a very impressive combination of power, strength and expert technique that he uses to break down his opponents while lest we forget that just last month Tommy Cross became the first person in the history of FCW to pin Caleb Valhalla.

The Devil of FCW will be looking to add another impressive singles win to his resume while Ryan Riley will be hoping to play his part in a potential double celebration for The Foundation of the Future.

FCW Heavyweight Championship – Iron Man Match – Euan G Mackie (c) vs Caleb Valhalla

We have been waiting for this moment since all the way back at last October’s Fair City Rumble when Euan G. Mackie last eliminated ‘Titanium’ Tom Atlas to win the Game Changer briefcase. ‘The Mighty’ Caleb drew a line in the sand with his championship and dared Mackie to challenge him right there and then but the leader of The Neo Paradigm decided to wait for his moment.

This arrived during a title match between Valhalla and ‘Tenacious’ Johnny Lions where Mackie cashed in and pinned Lions to steal the title from Caleb. Due to there being no automatic rematches in FCW, the former Champion has been on a long path back to the title which has seen him take on and defeat the likes of Lost Boy Aspen and Deacon Matthews before falling to Tommy Cross.

Mackie has granted The Vengeful God a shot at the title despite this and is planning on dragging him into the deep waters of an Iron Man match. My prediction is that both men will approach the contest very differently which should result in a fascinating clash of styles.

Make sure you get your tickets for FCW’s biggest main event yet as the only two FCW Champions in history decide once and for all who the true champion really is.
