Rampage Brown defeated Lionheart by Pinfall.
Havok & Karnage defeated The Proven (Caz Crash & Sam Wilder) by Pinfall.
Following the match, Medallion came through the crowd and attacked Havok & Karnage.
‘The Juice’ Juventud Guerrera defeated James Scott by Pinfall.
Jay Lethal came to the ring and announced that Shady Nattrass would not be leaving as the ROH World Heavyweight Championship but he would be the new Target High Octane Division Champion.
Chris Renfrew defeated Eddie Kingston by Pinfall.
Fatal Four-Way – Martin Kirby defeated Alexander Henry, Spyda & The Coyote Kid by Pinfall.
ROH World Heavyweight Championship/Target High Octane Division Championship – Winner Take All – Jay Lethal defeated Shady Nattrass by Disqualification after Nattrass attacked Jay Lethal with the Target High Octane Division Championship. Jay Lethal retain the ROH World Heavyweight Championship. Shady Nattrass retained the Target High Octane Division Championship.
Following the match, Jay Lethal delivered a superkick and Lethal Injection to Shady Nattrass.
