WrestleZone Halloween Hijinks Preview
November 1st 2014
Ferryhill Community Centre, Aberdeen
WrestleZone Undisputed Championship
Crusher Craib © vs Aspen Faith w/ KT Kane
The Creator of Carnage and The King of Catch collide over the richest prize in WrestleZone. Aspen has been undefeated in singles matches since April and Crusher hasn’t lost since May’s Aberdeen Anarchy event in a loss to Jack Jester that was avenged at Battle of the Nations in August. Both on winning streaks and neither wanting that streak to end. Faith has had a rebirth since his battle with Len Ironside, could the King of Catch make Crusher do the unthinkable and make him tap out?
Mr P. vs Red Lightning
Due to injury, Zach Dynamite had to be pulled from this match. His replacement has a bone to pick with Red Lightning. A rematch from Battle of the Nations. Mr P is on a losing streak at the moment, having failed to win a match since Aberdeen Anarchy back in May. Red Lightning is back and has been unstoppable since returning after a five year absence.
Scotty Swift Challenges Chris Archer
As of writing, “The Outcast” Chris Archer has not responded to Scotty’s challenge. Archer is that blemish on Scotty’s record that won’t go away. Archer has never been beaten by Swift in one on one competition.
#1 Contender Match for a shot at the WrestleZone Undisputed Championship at Christmas Chaos
Lord Alan Sterling vs Kaden Garrick vs Jackie Polo
The mentally unstable, the rookie and the beeeeeest wrestler in Scotland walk into the Ferryhill Community Centre in order to find a new number one contender for the WrestleZone Undisputed Championship. At Christmas Chaos Aspen Faith or Crusher Craib will have their hands full regardless of who wins. Kaden Garrick will be the dark horse in this one, with the ability to change the entire match with one spear. Lord Alan, though a bit unhinged, isn’t a total push over and Jackie Polo, the King of Chat, is as experienced and as cunning as they come and is no stranger to holding gold.
WrestleZone Tag Team Championships
Tornado Tag Rules
Revolution © vs The Hotshots vs Thunder Buddies
The three top tag teams in the North East collide again. Last time the Tornado rules were in effect Revolution came out victorious. All three teams have scored wins in single competition with no clear favourite. This is a match that will be hard to call. Half of the competitors in this are former Undisputed Champions, all have held the Tag Team Championships in the last year. As of writing it is unknown if Shawn Johnson will be taking part in this contest after a brutal assault by Revolution.
Los Cystos vs The Malystos w/ Mr Malice
Ever since Mr Malice brought in his Malystos to take revenge on Los Cystos, they have had their number. Beating them at Brechin on their debut then went and scored a singles win in Balmedie. The Malice Miracle looks to have found his calling by leading his mask grapplers to glory and with a rematch in Newtonhill on the 7th, scoring first will put The Malystos at an advantage.
First Guest for Aberdeen Anarchy 2015 is Announced.
At Aberdeen Anarchy 2013, WrestleZone played host to WWE Hall of Famer “Hacksaw” Jim Duggan and Billy Gunn. At Aberdeen Anarchy 2014 WrestleZone brought over X-Pac and Scotty 2 Hotty. Whoever they decide to bring to the Beach Ballroom will have big shoes to fill. With VIP tickets sold out already without a guest or even a match announced, this will be one of the hottest tickets in town.
