Scottish wrestling has one of the strongest female contingent in the world of professional wrestling. So much so that I can create a top 10 of said wrestlers.

PERSONAL OPINION ALARM

Wrestler Spotlight

The most decorated woman in Scottish wrestling, it’s hard to write something new about ‘The Megaton Barbie’ that hasn’t already been said. Viper (or Piper Niven) recently debuted in NXT UK but is one of the most traveled wrestlers in the world. She’s won championships in Japan and Europe along with competing in the first WWE Mae Young Classic. One of the absolute best that this country can offer to the world and she is grabbing every opportunity.

Honourable Mentions:

Sammie Jo: Just missing out, Sammie Jo has competed for the SWA Junior Heavyweight and X Championship, regularly in inter-gender matches she is pushed to her limits. When she’s not the glitter-bomb Sammie Jo, there’s the dark side Samara lurking in the shadows.

Ashley Vega: Another that was banging on the door of the Top 10, Ashley Vega is embracing the ‘Diva’ side of professional wrestling which is something a little different. Bringing some Bratitude to proceedings, certainly has a lot to offer.

Rosie Nyte: A relatively new face in Scottish wrestling, Rosie Nyte is certainly one to watch for the future.

Leah Owens: Currently out with injury, the “Boss Lady” of Fierce Females misses out due to being inactive, however, is worth mentioning.

Lucy Cole: Lucy Cole made her return earlier this year and looked better than ever. Having only made a couple of appearances since she couldn’t quite crack the top 10.
